Do you offer money-back guarantee?Yes! I do offer a money-back guarantee, but only under certain conditions. Pay-as-you-go coaching sessions do not come with a money-back guarantee. But I offer a money-back guarantee when you book a coaching package. By the end of the half term of these coaching packages, you will most likely see whether you are getting the desired value out of coaching. What is the difference between therapy and mindset coaching?Therapy helps you find stability and enhances coping. Mindset coaching helps you thrive and reach your potential. Therapy focuses on mental health and deals primarily with healing past traumas. Mindset coaching is concerned with closing the gap between dreams and reality and deals with the present and future. I am still interested in what life experiences have brought you to where you are now. But the goal during coaching is not to go back, address it, or heal it. Instead, it's just referenced. What we are working on in coaching is: Where are you now, and where do you want to be? What self-limiting beliefs are holding you back from getting there? Imagine a scale that reaches from minus ten to plus ten. The range between zero to minus ten would be where therapy might be beneficial or needed. The range between zero to plus ten would be where coaching could benefit you. Consider how you generally feel, how successfully or unsuccessfully you tackle challenges, how harmonious or troubled your relationships are and how fulfilled or happy you are. Now put yourself on the scale depending on your self-reflection. Whether you would benefit from therapy or coaching depends on where you put yourself on this scale. In the middle of the scale, around zero, psychological help and coaching might be relevant simultaneously. On my about page, I reference the time I was deeply in the minus zone. Seeking therapy was a milestone for me; without that milestone, no progress in the plus zone would have been possible. A psychologist in your life might be the tool that propels you to the start of the journey towards potential and thriving starts.
